Eve McCrystal
Eve McCrystal, well known as one half of Ireland’s greatest tandem pairing with Katie-George Dunlevy, has also been a formidable force individually for several years. She took the National Title in the Senior Women’s Road Race in 2018 and followed this with a win in the Individual Time Trial National Championship in 2020. She also took silver in the road race in 2016 and 2020, silver in the individual time-trial in 2015, 2016 and 2021.
McCrystal has represented Ireland at four Paralympic Games, and has piloted Katie-George Dunlevy, medalling at Paralympic and World Championship level consistently since 2014.
The pair won multiple world titles on the road, as well as several silver and bronze medals on the road and track, and McCrystal added another bronze in 2024 piloting Josephine Healion.
On the Paralympic stage, McCrystal and Dunlevy won Gold and Silver in Tokyo, as well as another Silver in Paris in 2024.
