Cycling Ireland Launch Group Workouts on Zwift

 



 

Back by popular demand Cycling Ireland’s series of Zwift based races and training sessions returns over the winter months.

 

The hugely popular Cycling Ireland Zwift League will begin the first of eight rounds on Saturday, November 14th at 10am. Male and female riders will have four categories to choose catering for newbies and seasoned Zwifters alike.

 

In preparation for the return of the Cycling Ireland Zwift League, Cycling Ireland will be delivering a series of group workouts, helping you build your fitness and hone those all-important Zwifting skills.

 

The first group workout takes place on Tuesday, November 03th at 7pm and will focus on VO2Max Development. Group workouts will be led by Matteo Cigala, a former professional cyclist and head coach at Cigala Cycling, with over 20 years’ experience.

 

Group workouts on Zwift are tailored to all levels. Just set your FTP within the Zwift App and follow the instructions on screen throughout the workout.
