XC and DH World Championships 2021 – expressions of interest
The Cycling Ireland Off-Road Commission is seeking expressions of interest from riders, male and female, in the Junior and Elite (Under 23) age-groups who would like to be supported to race in either the UCI Cross-country (XCO) World Championships or the UCI Downhill (DHI) World Championships. Both events take place in Val Di Sole, Italy on 25-29 August 2021.

Selection Criteria
The riders must hold a 2021 UCI competition membership licence with the country code “IRELAND”.
Those interested in putting their name forward need to send their CV to secretary@offroadcyclingireland.ie.
The CV should contain results within the period 11 June to 8 August 2021.

This email needs to arrive by close of play on Monday 9 August 2021.
If there are more applications than places available a selection panel will select riders based on results.
NOTE: Permission to travel to the World Championships will depend on the COVID-19 restrictions.
