National Bike Week 2021


Funding Support for Meath


This year National Bike Week runs from the 12th – 18th September 2021, Meath Local Sports Partnership in conjunction with the National Transport Authority (on behalf of the Department of Transport) are calling for submissions from cycling clubs, schools, youth groups, community groups etc in Meath to apply for funding support under this year’s Bike Week initiative. National Bike Week celebrates cycling and seeks to promote the benefits of cycling and aims to get people on their bikes – those wishing to organise activities during National Bike Week can apply for funding support for events aimed at families, leisure cyclists/clubs, communities or specific population types (older people; people with disabilities; women only cycles etc). The maximum funding available per application is €500.
