Membership And Events Support Update
Update from Cycling Ireland Sports & Operations Director, Paul Watson:
Based on feedback from our membership, Cycling Ireland has introduced several new systems that will, in the future, improve our communication and speed of service with our Membership and Events teams.
Unfortunately, in the short term this has led to some delays in the teams replying to phone calls or emails – and we would like to reassure you, our members, that we are introducing additional measurers to get back on track, as quickly as possible, to the service levels you deserve.
