Connacht Cycling Women’s Training Day – Sligo

Connacht Cycling will host a series of Women’s Training days in the province over the coming months. With a specific focus on supporting those female road cyclists who wish to improve on their bike skills and take group riding confidence to the next level, the coaches at each event will encourage and educate those in attendance in a fun, friendly relaxed environment.

The first event in the series takes place in Sligo at 10am this Saturday 3rd July. Supported by Sligo Sports Partnership, this training day will provide practical training advice and road skills to enhance and improve the road cycling experience for all of our participants.
