Coach Developer Learning And Development Programme Update
Cycling Ireland are committed to upskilling our Coach Developers and providing opportunities for their continuous professional development.
The Coach Developer Learning and Development Programme ensures anyone who decides to complete any of our coaching, instructor or ride leader courses are trained to the highest standard and can continue their journey along the Cycling Ireland Coach Education Pathways.
After kicking off with an online session with 14 coach developers in May, the programme aims to provide continuous professional development opportunities and help create a community and support network for coach developers.
Our Coach and Leader Developers deliver a suite of formal courses including the Ride Leader course, Foundation Course in Cycling Coaching, Cycling Skills course, Trail and Mountain Bike Leader Course, and the Balance Bike course. Find out more here.
