Youth Commission AGM: First Notice
Date: Thursday 16h September 2021 at 8pm.
Please register your interest via this link prior to 12 noon on Thursday 16th Sept if you wish to attend.
Motions and Committee Nominations to be returned to the Youth Commission by email to secretary.youth@cyclingireland.ie with the subject line “2021 YC AGM” (Please Include your Cycling Ireland Membership number in Email).
All submissions will be acknowledged.
Any suggested Motions from the Youth Commission to the Cycling Ireland AGM should now also be emailed with the Subject line ‘Cycling Ireland AGM ‘ / Please Include your Cycling Ireland Membership number in Email.
In line with the current public health pandemic, we will conduct the Youth Commission AGM in a virtual format.
The meeting will be held:
• Virtually for members/attendees but hosted by Cycling Ireland & The Youth Commission.
Attendance will be electronically managed in advance with regard to registration. Clubs may be asked in advance to nominate their voting and speaking delegates should this option be required.
Elections:
Any vacant Commission positions will be communicated soon.
