The Women’s Commission of Cycling Ireland is delighted to announce the return of Corkagh Park Women's Racing, offering women the chance to race in their ability groups in a traffic free environment. 


The first race of 2022 will be held on Tuesday, 1st June (TBC) and races will run until Tuesday, the 31st August (TBC).

The races are open to female riders of all fitness and ability levels including beginners, youths and juniors.  With expert advice on hand, this series is aimed at those interested in getting into racing for the first time and will be great for improving fitness, cornering and bunch skills.  With its handicapped format, the races will also offer good hard racing for more experienced riders.


1. Cycling Ireland full and limited licence holders welcome.  

2. Race B will start at 7pm followed by Race A at 7.35pm.

3. Pre entry is mandatory through the Cycling Ireland Entry System.

4. Arrival and departure procedures will apply in accordance with Cycling Ireland Protocol.

5. After round 1 an entry fee will be charged and prizes will be awarded.

6. Juniors must race in restricted gearing as per Cycling Ireland rules.

7. Road bikes only (no Tri bikes or tri bars).
