Twelve riders will represent Ireland at the 2024 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships in Pal Arinsal, Andorra.
The event, held from August 28th to September 1st,
will see Irish riders compete in both Cross-Country and Downhill events.
Chris Dawson, Caoimhe May and Greta Lawless will all compete
in cross-country events. Callum Morris and Ben Fitzsimon will represent Ireland
in the Junior Downhill category. Ireland will have a massive representation in
the Elite Downhill field, as Oisin O’Callaghan, Ronan Dunne, Henry Kerr, Jacob
Dickson, Chris Cumming, Niall Clerkin and Ross Ennis all make the trip to Andorra.

Riders get their first look at their respective courses on
Monday and Tuesday, with track walks and initial practice taking place prior to
competition officially starting on Wednesday, 28th of August.
