Bike Like Me Online Training Programmes

As part of the Bike Like Me campaign, Cycling Ireland is excited to announce the return of our popular online training session for women catering for both the beginner and intermediate riders. The sessions have been designed by Cycling Ireland and UCI level 3 Coach, Gráinne Hanley

As well as a weekly live Zoom session (details below) with an inspirational leader a 6 week training plan will also be provided. The Zoom sessions will be recorded, and a link sent out to everyone the following day (at 2pm) so you can catch up, if a live session is missed.

Cost:

Free to Cycling Ireland Members

€10 for non-Cycling Ireland members.

You will need:

A set of rollers or a turbo trainer or a stationary bike. You do not need a smart trainer to take part.

A laptop/enabled desktop/tablet or phone that can access Zoom. You also need to register free for Zoom and download it before the session.

There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions throughout the online Zoom sessions, and if you have any questions in between the online information sessions please do not hesitate to get in touch by emailing bikelikeme@cyclingireland.ie as we are here to support you on your cycling journey.
