PJ O'Riordan Memorial Rounds Out Bike Week


Munster is again the site for this weekends National Grade event, as we round out Bike Week 2025.


Newcastle West CC will host the PJ O’Riordan Memorial in Co. Limerick.


Race HQ will be Athea National School, with riders rolling out from the school at the below times:


C1 - 12.00PM - 108KM

C2 - 12.05PM - 81KM

C3 - 12.10PM - 54KM

Women - 12.12PM - 54KM


The course is made up of the same 27km circuit that hosted the 2024 Road Race National Championships, that saw Fiona Mangan and Darren Rafferty take top honours.

Entries remain open for this weekend’s racing here, but will close on Saturday.


Limerick will see more racing this weekend, as the National Criterium Championships will take to Limerick City Centre on Saturday, May 10th. More information on this event, including a full day of racing for all categories and an inclusive family cycle, is available here.
