Cycling Ireland Training Hub growing in popularity




Just a month into 2022 and over 3,000 Cycling Ireland members are already using the Training Hub. 175 expert training sessions in yoga, pilates, strength and conditioning and more are available to choose from with new workouts added weekly.


In December 2021, Cycling Ireland launched the Training Hub on Android and iOS for 2022 members making it easier than ever to access sessions. The innovation has seen demand grow as members can access sessions from a range of devices.




We have three new programmes starting at the beginning of March to help keep our members motivated and ready for the upcoming season. Starting on Monday 28th February, Lisa Walsh of PilatesBody will deliver a 5-week recovery session every Monday. Sports Med Ireland, one of Ireland’s leading experts in physiotherapy and strength training, will lead an 8-week Strength & Conditioning class for mountain bikers on Wednesdays and former professional cyclist, Matteo Cigala will lead a 10-week core and stability session on Fridays.
