Notice for Club Officials on Affiliation and Member Auto Renewal
We hope you are getting excited for what is set to be a fantastic year of cycling head! Club Officials play a key role in facilitating the sport of cycling and as a result, improving the quality of life for those in the community and around the country.
Below are some reminders of tasks to be completed to complete 2026 Club Affiliation.
· During Affiliation renewal, please ensure any uploaded safeguarding documents have been reviewed, signed and dated within the last 2 years. Document templates can be found at the link below. · Click the following link for a step-by-step guide on how to affiliate Cycling Ireland | Club Affiliation
· Select your Club Auto Renewal Membership Product using the following Auto Renewal Product Guide.
· Please Affiliate before the 1st of February to avoid the €50 late fee.
If you already have these items checked off your list, then you can ignore this notice, and we look forward to supporting you throughout the year and beyond!
Please also keep any eye on your ‘new applications’ (new members) requests in your club admin portal. Brand new Cycling Ireland members requesting to join your club must also be approved/rejected, similar to the club transfer process.
