Cycling Ireland releases new ‘Ride Insights’ dashboard with official insights partner, See.Sense

Cyclists are now contributing their ride information to a brand new ‘Insights Dashboard’ hosted by See.Sense on the all new Cycling Ireland website.

Members are now using the See.Sense app to share their ride journey stats to contribute to a new dashboard. NI based See.Sense creates cycle lights that make cycling safer, and that engage the community to share insights to help improve conditions for cycling.

The dashboard displays unique cycling stats including popular routes, average speeds, average journey lengths, where riders experience delays, and even where favourite coffee stops might be.

Cycling Ireland and See.Sense are calling for more cyclists to get involved by anonymously contributing their ride stats to the dashboard using the free See.Sense App. Cyclists need to be a member of Cycling Ireland and own a See.Sense light to contribute, however Cycling Ireland Membership offers an exclusive 30% discount code off all See.Sense award-winning reactive bike lights.

Cycling is one of Ireland’s largest participation sports with an estimated 700,000 people cycling on a weekly basis across the island of Ireland. The release of the new See.Sense Ride Insights dashboard will help encourage cyclist participation and promote the inclusive nature of the sport.

Matt Kerrow, CEO of Cycling Ireland said,

"We are delighted to partner with See.Sense to bring this innovative new service to our members. We look forward to continuing our innovation together in the partnership to evolve how we use See.Sense insights to provide the best experience for our members."

Philip McAleese, CEO of See.Sense said,

“We are excited to see the launch of our technology go live with our partners Cycling Ireland. We look forward to expanding the dashboard insights and welcoming more cyclists who would like to contribute.”
