Róisín Mooney of Pilates le Róis will be delivering a series of mobility sessions specifically for Cycling Ireland members on the Training Hub. The series is available free of charge to members on the Training Hub and starts on Friday, 20th August with a 10-minute warm up and cool down to help keep you injury free and improve your performance and enjoyment on the bike. Every Friday a new session will be released on the Training Hub at 7am.

- Hip Opener

- Hamstrings and Quads

- Shoulders

- Back and Neck

Once you have received the automated email to activate your Training Hub Account you can access workouts at any time through your membership portal.
