Gravel Event Application Process
In line with the recent announcement of the signed agreement between Coillte and Cycling Ireland to allow a number of Gravel events each year, we are pleased to announce official applications for 2025 events are now open.
This will not be the same as normal road/off road event applications as there a number of additional steps identified on the below agreed process.
Organisers and clubs should not be contacting Coillte directly – all application should be through Cycling Ireland and in the first instance the completed forms should be sent to our Sports and Operations Director – paul.watson@cyclingireland.ie

The closing date for completed applications for 2025 Gravel Events will be 4th July 2025.
