Expression of Interest – Independent Committee Member
Cycling Ireland is seeking expressions of interest for an Independent Member to join our People & Culture Committee.
This is a voluntary role (online meetings, approximately 4 times per year) suited to an experienced professional who is passionate about human resource management, good governance and the growth of sport in Ireland.
What we’re looking for:
Strong background in Human Resources (policy, people management, organisational culture).
Board/Committee experience with a track record in governance, oversight, and supporting effective decision-making.
Independent perspective to help strengthen Cycling Ireland’s commitment to best practice in people & culture.
What’s involved:
Approximately 4 virtual committee meetings per year.
Providing HR and governance expertise to guide Cycling Ireland in line with the Sport Ireland Governance Code.
Supporting a positive, inclusive, and sustainable environment for staff, volunteers, and athletes.
