Entries Open for Time Trial and Road Race National Championships
Excitement is building for the 2026 Road National Championships which will take place later this month. Castlebar Cycling Club will host the Time Trial events on Thursday June 25th and Cunga Cycling Club will host the Road Races on Saturday and Sunday June 27th and 28th.
The Time Trial National Championships will include categories for both para-cyclists and able bodied athletes. Categories will include Junior Women, Junior Men, Elite Men (including Under 23), Elite Women (including Under 23), Para B Tandem TT Mixed, Para C Division TT Mixed and Para H Division TT Mixed.
They will take to a 30km route, starting from Swinford, Co. Mayo.
The Road National Championships will take place on Saturday and Sunday, the 27th and 28th, with all races starting and finishing in Cong, Co. Mayo. Races will include Elite Men (including Under 23), Elite Women (including U23), Junior Men and Junior Women.

Race HQ and sign-on for all road races will be at Cong Community Centre, F31PY97
Para-cycling Road Race National Championships take place on Saturday, 20th of June.
