Domestic Road Racing Calendar Released
Cycling Ireland is pleased to announce both the Senior and Youth Road Racing Calendar for 2025.
The senior calendar features road racing, time trial and criterium events. All National Championship and Stage Races are listed, alongside the newly introduced race classification for National Grade and Regional Grade events.
The youth road calendar, available here, follows the same format listing road racing, time trial and criterium events, s well as National Championships and Stage Races.
New for 2025, Under 16 races will receive grading points, in the same vein as senior riders. While stage races and National Championships will carry the most points, one-day races will now also carry points. Races have been assigned points for 2025 in the hope that it will help with assigning riders to the correct category as they move into Junior ranks.

Both calendars are available following extensive work from the Road Working Group over the last 12 months, with input from Provincial Calendar Coordinators.
