Alaya Yoga named Cycling Ireland’s Official Yoga Partner




Alaya Yoga is set to become Cycling Ireland’s first Official Yoga partner. Members of Cycling Ireland can avail of sixteen expert-led Alaya Yoga classes on the Cycling Ireland Training Hub and preferential rates for accessing hundreds of live and on demand yoga classes weekly via the Alaya Yoga App.


For more than a decade Alaya Yoga have been bringing the ancient practice of yoga to people around the world. Alaya Yoga enjoys a rich history reaching back to the Himalayan tradition and their roots run deep to the birthplace of yoga, India, where their school “Himalaya Yoga Valley” was born in 2005 under founder Lalit Kumar. Alaya Yoga opened a branch of Himalaya Yoga Valley in Ireland in 2012 and brought their offerings online to a global audience in 2019.


An initial eight-week Alaya Yoga series, designed specifically for cyclists, will launch on the Cycling Ireland Training Hub on Friday the 7th of January 2022 with several classes delivered by Alaya Yoga’s founder, Lalit Kumar.

Álaya Yoga’s investment in Cycling Ireland and the delivery of superlative Yoga classes will benefit members of Cycling Ireland and further enhance the Training Hub.”


“While 16 Yoga sessions will be delivered free of change on the Training Hub in 2022, members will receive a preferential rate should they wish to continue their practice and access over 130 live sessions per week on the Álaya Yoga App.”
