Programmes Approval Request

Programme Approval Request should be made a minimum of two weeks in advance of the commencement of programme delivery.

Programmes must not commence until approval is confirmed in receipt of authorise approval code, at a risk of excluding a programme.

All programmes will be subject to the pre-approval process.

I confirm that the programme will be delivered in accordance with the terms of the parameters of the Service Level Agreement. *

I confirm a risk assessment inclusive of venue & activity for the programme has been carried out. *

* The following are required for programmes with children under 18 (for all coaches/volunteers/supervisors)

Garda Vetting / Access NI (Completed in the last 3 years)

Safeguarding 1 Training (Completed in the last 3 years)

Adhere to the Cycling Ireland Safeguarding Policy

Indemnity

Programme requires indemnity due to it taking place at third party venue, (indemnity request is required a minimum of two weeks in advance of the commencement of the programme). *

Please note: Course approval can take up to 7 days to process. Only regulated activity that has been pre-approved will receive insurance cover. Approval codes will be sent to both Organisers & Deliverers.
