2025 AGM

The Board of the Irish Cycling Federation that trades as Cycling Ireland has resolved that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company as laid out in Articles 23 et al of the constitution of the company shall be held at Carlton Hotel, Dublin Airport, Old Airport Road, Cloghran, Co. Dublin K67 P5C7 on Saturday 10th May 2025.

This notice previously issued invited, from Affiliated Clubs and Standing Committees, motions for the AGM on the prescribed motions form and nominations, on the prescribed nominations form, for individuals seeking to stand for election to the Board. Any such proposed motions or nominations as invited pursuant to Articles 28 and 29 shall be notified to the Company Secretary in writing not less than 30 Clear Days before the date for holding of the AGM. The final date and time to receive such motions and/or nominations was 4:00pm on 26th March 2025. 

The following vacancies arise on the board of the company:

1. President (currently filled by Tom Daly).

2. Federation Secretary (currently filled by Claire Young).

3. Ratification of four Appointed Directors
