We’ve seen a lot of jaw-dropping skills. But sport isn’t just for elite athletes and being physically active isn’t just about sport. Finding something you love doing is giving yourself the gift of participation, whether that be a run, yoga, a cycle, a walk, a sea swim, dancing around the kitchen with your family. No proving. Just Moving
Activities & Resources - Check out the Advice for beginner and intermediate cyclists and also Irish competitive cyclist Imogen Cotter has created a video to help you get your bike prepared for use both for safety and to ensure it is set up to get your body in the optimum position – make sure to take a look before you get started.
