New to cycling and want to get involved or looking to improve your cycling skills and knowledge?
Cycling in Ireland has never been so healthy. Not only does our membership show a dramatic increase in numbers, but cycling in general is seeing a real resurgence, with people taking to their bikes nationwide.
To cater for new and developing cyclists, Cycling Ireland has been steadily building and developing skills programmes that aim to educate cyclists about cycling and enhancing what they get out of the sport. We run a range of programmes designed to offer
everyone an introduction to cycling or to further develop existing skills.
programmes also offer guidelines and direction to coaches, club members,
teachers and anyone involved in promoting physical activity to both children
and adults. If you are interested in coaching or delivering one of our programmes why not attend an instructor training day so you can run these programmes in your locality?
