Record Attendance for the Odd Socks Cycle

Over 300 riders travelled from near and far to take part in the Odd Socks Cycle in Shannon, Co. Clare on Sunday.

This event, held in support of Down Syndrome Clare, epitomises the community support and inclusivity of cycling in Ireland.

Hosted by Club Rothaíochta na Sionainne, it is part of the Munster Leisure Series and continues to go from strength to strength each year.

Organisers were delighted to report an increase of nearly 100 riders on 2023 figures. With 50km and 100km routes there was something for everyone.

It is brilliant to see this event continue to grow each year. Well done to everyone who took part and the organisers. Cycling Ireland is proud to support the Odd Sock Cycle.
