National Slow Down Day

National Slow Down Day
Next Friday, 27th March, is National "Slow Down" Day, where An Garda Siochana are calling for road users to slow down. This speed enforcement will be in place from 7am on Friday until 7am on Saturday.

This is a good campaign by the Gardai in an effort to make the roads safer, and it's great to see the RSA behind it also. We all know that the faster a car hits a pedestrian or cyclist, the bigger the impact.
