The Rás Dhun na nGall is the big event taking place in Ulster this weekend.
 


UWA Bikeworks TT League Round 4 - 01/06/11
The Ulster Women's Association time trial series sponsored by Bikeworks returns to Woodgreen tomorrow (Wednesday) evening for a 25 mile race against the clock. All competitors are reminded that they must have a working rear light fitted to their bikes in order to take part. Sign-on is at Grahams Kitchens with the first rider off at 7pm.

The third round of the series was won by Louise Fullerton (Ballymena RC) on Sunday at Toome as East Tyrone and Island Wheelers hosted a round in conjunction with their Super Six series. Results of this can be seen below.

Dave Kane TT League - 02/06/11
The next round of the Dave Kane Cycles Time Trial League will take place on Thursday night at Warrenpoint hosted by the hard working West Down Wheelers Club. SIgn-on is from 5.30 am at the Harbour Estate Warrenpoint with first rider off at 7.00pm. 



Tommy Smyth Memorial Youth Day - 04/06/11
The Tommy Smyth Memorial Youth Day hosted by East Tyrone CC and sponsored by Ciclisport will take place on Saturday 4th June. It will be the third round of the David McCall Foundation Ulster Youth League. Races will be held for U12, U14, U16's and there will be a youth novice race. The race headquarters are at the Rock St. Patrick's G.F.C. Sign on will open at 10:30 and will close at 11:45 with racing starting at 12:00 sharp.

Rás Dhun na nGall - 03-05/06/11
This 3 day stage race begins on Friday evening at 7.30pm in Ardara with a 32 miles road race. Saturday will see the riders tackle a 2 miles hill climb on the epic Glengesh followed by a 50 miles rolling road stage. The finale on Sunday is a mountain top finish on Glengesh, this time the riders will tackle the side with those tight 'Alpe' type bends!
