Official Notice - Cycling Ulster AGM 2009

The Cycling Ulster AGM will take place at 1.30 on Saturday 17th October, 2009 at the Corner House Bar, Derrymacash Rd, Lurgan.
 
The Cycling Ulster AGM will take place at 1.30 on Saturday 17th October, 2009 at the Corner House Bar, Derrymacash Rd, Lurgan. Any Cycling Ulster member who wishes to attend will be most welcome, however only club delegates have the authority to vote.

Official notification will be sent out today to all club secretaries.

All nominations and proposals to be addressed at the AGM must be received by Friday 9th October 2009. These must be made by the clubs and have the approval of the club and in the case of nominations, the support of the nominee.

Clubs are entitled to one delegate per ten members up to a maximum of 6 delegates

e.g. 22 members =2 delegates 75 members = 6 delegates

1. To consider the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of 1st November 2008

2. To receive the Treasurer’s Report and consider the Certified Accounts April 2008 – March 2009 – Mr. Oliver Hunter will present this report

3. To approve the following inclusion to the Constitution as advised by the Irish Sports Council and Sport NI

 To promote a drug free sport and adhere to the anti-doping rules of Cycling Ireland. The anti-doping rules of Cycling Ireland are the Irish Anti-Doping Rules as amended from time to time.

4. To fix the Cycling Ulster membership levy for 2010

5. To fix the rider levy on events both competitive and non-competitive

6. To receive a report on Sport NI – Marian Lamb will present this report
