Originally the TT was meant to be a 25, however the timekeepers and all the women present agreed to hold a 10 mile tonight and leave the 25 mile time trial for a few weeks. Louise Fullerton (Ballymena) was second, only 7 seconds off the pace set by Tonya, with Julie Mulligan (Omagh) placing third. Mandy Collie (Orchard Wheelers) posted a good time doing things the traditional way, like Maeve Savage (Ballymena), by using a standard road bike.

The next women's event will be the Northern Ireland Road Race Championships in conjunction with the North Down Grand Prix Races being held on Sunday 16th May, with the next round of the UWA TT league (16km) being held on Wednesday 19th May.
