The Cycling Ulster AGM will take place at 12.00 noon on Saturday 1st October, 2011 at Quinn’s Corner, 175, Ballygawley Rd, Donaghmore, Dungannon, County Tyrone, BT70 1RX. Refreshments will be served at the halfway stage. Any Cycling Ulster member who wishes to attend will be most welcome, however only club delegates have the authority to vote. Light refreshments will be provided.

All nominations and proposals to be addressed at the AGM must be must be received by Friday 23rd September 2011. These must be made by the clubs and have the approval of the club and in the case of nominations, the support of the nominee.

There are four Executive Officer Positions up for election. These Officers are elected to the Executive and given their remit at the first meeting of the new Executive following the AGM.

We would also urge members to consider clubs for Club of the Year. Club of the Year must be nominated by a club secretary. Clubs cannot nominate their own club.

All Executive nominations, Club of the Year forms and Motions must be submitted by Friday 23rd of September. The official notice is being sent to all clubs today.
