Register Club
New Club Registration
If you would like to register a new club (i.e. one not affiliated to Cycling Ireland in 2009) please read below for details on the process. If you are an official or member of an existing club who want to renew for the following season please see section further down.
New Club Requirements
To register a club you will require a minimum of 6 members with 3 nominated officials for the following positions: Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer. New clubs must submit a copy of their proposed cycling jersey and shorts to the Cycling Ireland office for approval. This is to ensure that they do not clash with existing clubs and meet the Cycling Ireland Technical Regulations. The club affiliation fees can be found in the fees document with the General area of the Key Downloads section on this site.
Finally the registration process requires you to provide some club details which will then be verified by the Cycling Ireland office. Once this verification is complete then new members can be added to the club.
Existing Club Registration
For existing clubs who wish to re-affiliate for next year the process is as follows. One of the existing club officials can create a new Cycling Ireland account and complete the renewal process online. Alternatively the club affiliation form for 2010 can be downloaded under the General area of the Key Downloads section on this site. The form can be then be completed and posted or faxed to the office with the accompanying fee.
