NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2011 Annual General Meeting of the Munster Executive will be held at 7:30 p.m., on Tuesday, 27th of September in the Charleville Park Hotel
The business of the Annual General Meeting shall be
a) To consider the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.
b) To receive and consider the annual accounts.
c) To receive and consider the financial statements of the province for the previous year.
d) To elect members of the Board,
The following Board positions, having completed a term, are vacant as at the Annual General Meeting:
1. Honorary President;
2. Board member and;
3. Board member.
Nominations are invited for the above posts on the enclosed nomination form, to reach the Secretary of Cycling Munster by 20th September 2011. by email or by post to :

e) To approve the principles of the following year’s budget.
f) To transact any Special Business or to discuss any general business of the Executive. Notice, in writing, of motions for discussion shall have been deposited with the Secretary by 20 September, 2011.
