Women's cycling is one of the top growing sports in Ireland. Membership to Cycling Ireland is on the steady increase. There are opportunities for women in cycling across all levels and disciplines.

The Women's Commission of Cycling Ireland is headed by Valerie Considine, and their primary aim is to improve participation of women in the sport.
