In Cycling Ireland we are delighted to hear that World Champion Handcyclist Mark Rohan, from Shannonside CC, has been voted the International Paralympic Committee's Athlete of the Month for September. Irishman Rohan was awarded the prestigious title following his phenomenal achievement of claiming Gold in both the H1 World TT Championships, and the H1 World Road Race Championships.
